Junior Suite with Garden View offered nice outdoor space and a kitchenette. Stylish design was good, though some furnishings were impractical for little ones.
Breakfast lacked variety, could use more options for taste. Bathroom felt cramped due to the lack of a shower door, leading to a constant wet floor. Room cleanliness could improve. I found dust lingering in both the bedroom and bathroom, and the bed was uncomfortably firm.

Accommodation was big and stylish, beds were extremely comfy. The room was bright and large with a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in the private bathroom. Its location just a short walk away from a fortress palace was marvellous.

We had a such great stay in this Italian vacation.
Excellent and comfortable location, it was very close to the train station.

I discovered an lovely grilled cheese at the nearby Trattoria Mario- legendary! The room was spacious and quiet, and the breakfast offered a good selection, including eggs and crispy bacon.
The only hitch was the parking situation. The garage staff could really up their game. They didn't seem too keen on helping, and leaving my luggage in a dirty spot was not ideal. It's a bummer since everything else was pretty stellar.

Staff always great.
Ideal, clean hotel, every detail here was brand-new. Fashionable & new-fashioned room with a bathroom. Early check-in, parking nearby. Incredible, magnificent location in Florence, not far from the central station and main attractions. Also, to everything you want in Florence. The property of choice in Florence.

It's a small hotel but very comfortable and close to everything in the center of Florence. The family staff was very warm and welcoming. It's a small hotel but convenient and a great value for the money. I would stay there again.

The only good thing was the location of the hotel. And the elderly men at the reception was cute.
The hotel room was nosiy, smoky and dirty! And don't expect a big variety at breakfast. The room price is defenetley to high for what the hotel has to offerl!

The room wasvery comfy and tidy, perfect for our stay. Appreciated the location, just a 10-15 minute walk from main attractions. Breakfast offered basic but satisfying options, and the delicious marmalade stood out. The bathroom felt small, and there could be more savory breakfast options to cater to European tastes. The overall experience was good, but some attention to detail would enhance it further.

Seems to be a family run hotel. People were friendly.
We had room 1 in what looked like a garden annex. The room was very basic but at least more or less clean. We called it "il grotto" (the cave). It was moist, even though we had 29° outside. It was smelly, a mixture of stale smoke and moist stuff. If you add to that that some stuff was dripping from the bathroom ceiling, you know why we called it il grotto... In short. Don't stay in this Hotel. If Florence is fully booked (as it was when we were there), either be prepared to pay a bit more the insane price we payed for his hotel (the worst rip-off I ever encountered!) and stay in a decent hotel or pay much less and stay in a **** in the outskirts of Florence. Don't end up staying here, not even for a single night.

The hotel offered a spacious and modern room, comfortable for my business stay. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh coffee available immediately. The staff, especially the men at the front desk, such as Willam, provided helpful service, including assistance with bookings. Its location was ideal, with all attractions within walking distance.

Charming hotel with a good breakfast space
I loved the beautiful dining room with ceramic plates and the outdoor patio where we could relax. The breakfast selection was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the kindness of the waitress who was attentive to our needs during our meals. The spacious rooms and modern bathrooms left a great impression, although I think adding more salty options would make the breakfast even better.

The hotel graciously allowed us to store our luggage post-checkout, which was a lifesaver. The shower in our room was spacious and modern, while the staff's friendliness made us feel right at home. In one room, the lighting was a bit too dim for comfort.
